Shipping and Returns

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming we received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We then automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm your item is in-stock and available for immediate shipment.

  • If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
  • If your item(s) are on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

  • Order Shipment

    • If your order is in-stock, the charges will be processed to your credit card and will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order.
    • We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you have not received tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, please email us at support@urbanpalm.eco

    Damages

    When your item(s) arrive, please inspect the packaging.

    • If any damage is visible, please make note of it when signing for delivery.
    • If your item(s) arrives damaged, please send photos to support@urbanpalm.eco and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.


    Cancellations & Refunds

    • If for some reason you cancel your order within 48 hours, you will be charged a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.
    • If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing your order.
